OUR COMMITMENT:

All our watches come with a Certificate that guarantee their legal origin and their authenticity. We even offer a 12 month warranty which covers the proper functioning of the watch and all malfunctioning that was not caused by the owner’s misuse.
The warranty does not cover aesthetic damages. All repairs will be carried out by our professional Technicians in our workshop.
In order to state the proper functioning of the watch you need to take into account the fact that running accuracy can vary depending on how old the watch is. We would like to remind you that Mechanical Watches are typically not as accurate as quartz watches, and they require periodic cleaning and calibration by a skilled watchmakers. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by water, unless differently specified.
